Sarah Truel | Senior Venue Specialist
Our Senior Venue Specialist, sometimes referred to as the "Bride Whisperer," Sarah, has been part of the Venues at Arsenal Hill team since 2016. With honest enthusiasm and a passion for weddings, she always puts in the extra mile to help make your dream event come true. Being one of 10 siblings, she loves meeting new people and understands the value of relationships. Sarah has strong relationships with area wedding industry professionals. Born in the Dominican Republic and an avid traveler, Sarah enjoys camping at Lake Jocassee and skiing in Colorado. She lives with her bearded fiance Joe, two cats, a dog and a lint roller.
Richenda Batson | Sales Assistant
Richenda joins the Venues at Arsenal Hill team after a successful career as an event planner, caterer and co-owner of Applause Catering. Richenda is a natural at organizing events and has provided excellent customer service throughout her career. She created outstanding food and beautiful, memorable experiences for her clients. Richenda catered numerous events at the Lace House, giving her a unique perspective on our team. When Richenda is not helping you with your event, you will catch her in her garden. She is an avid Lexington County Master Gardener and enjoys digging in the dirt. She is fortunate to have three children, two zebra finches and a flock of chickens.
