Rental Inclusions & Amenities
What’s included with two-day weekend venue rentals?
Enjoy full access to the venue from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. on both days of your rental, with the option to book either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
Your rental includes reception tables and chairs, along with the flexibility to use either the Lace House or the Caldwell-Boylston House and Carriage House each day. Clients may also choose either the Wedding Garden or Arbor Garden for event use.
Wedding rentals also include a one-hour ceremony rehearsal, as well as a complimentary two-hour portrait session scheduled prior to the event date.
What’s included with Full-Day venue rentals?
Clients who book a full-day rental may choose either the Lace House or a combination rental featuring both the Caldwell-Boylston House and Carriage House.
All full-day rentals include access to the venue from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., along with garden access for you and your guests to enjoy photos and leisurely strolls throughout the grounds. Rentals also include complimentary use of either the Wedding Garden or Arbor Garden for your ceremony, plus a one-hour ceremony rehearsal scheduled at 11 a.m. on the day or week prior to your event.
Couples also receive a complimentary two-hour photo session, perfect for engagement photos or bridal portraits. Spacious getting-ready suites are included as well, with both the Lace House and Caldwell-Boylston House offering two fully furnished private suites with attached restrooms for relaxing and preparing throughout the day.
Additional amenities include:
- Reception tables and chairs
- Dedicated on-site Venue Hosts throughout your event
- Indoor and outdoor reception spaces
- Climate-controlled venue spaces
- Luxury gift for the wedding couple
- Cleaning and breakdown services
Your dedicated Venue Host will assist with venue-related responsibilities throughout the event, including unlocking doors and gates, managing lighting and thermostats, maintaining restrooms, assisting vendors and helping ensure a smooth venue experience from start to finish.
At the end of the evening, Venue Hosts handle all venue table and chair breakdown while our professional cleaning team manages trash removal and venue cleanup—so you only need to gather the personal items and decor you brought in.
What’s included with Half-Day venue rentals?
Clients may select any seven consecutive hours between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. for their half-day rental. Please note that half-day weekend rentals are only available within three months of the event date.
All half-day rentals include garden access for you and your guests to enjoy photos and strolls throughout the grounds, as well as spacious getting-ready suites. Both the Lace House and Caldwell-Boylston House feature two fully furnished private suites with attached restrooms, offering a comfortable space to relax and prepare for the day.
Additional amenities include:

- Dedicated on-site Venue Hosts throughout your event
- Indoor and outdoor reception spaces
- Climate-controlled venue spaces
Your Venue Host will assist with venue-related responsibilities throughout the event, including unlocking doors and gates, managing lighting and thermostats, maintaining restrooms, assisting vendors and helping ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
At the conclusion of your event, Venue Hosts will handle the venue table and chair breakdown while our professional cleaning team manages trash removal and venue cleanup—allowing you to simply gather the items you brought in.
What’s included with the Elopement rental?
Clients may select any four consecutive hours between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. for their elopement rental. Weekend elopement rentals are available only within three months of the event date.
Elopement rentals are designed for intimate celebrations with a maximum of 30 guests. Couples are welcome to bring a cake or small desserts along with champagne for a celebratory toast; however, additional food and beverage service is not permitted.
All elopement rentals include garden access for you and your guests to enjoy photos and strolls throughout the grounds, along with a complimentary one-hour photo session—perfect for engagement photos or bridal portraits. A ceremony rehearsal is also included and may be scheduled at 11 a.m. on the day or week prior to your event.
Spacious getting-ready suites are included as well, with both the Lace House and Caldwell-Boylston House offering two fully furnished private suites with attached restrooms for relaxing and preparing before your celebration.

Your Venue Host will assist with venue-related responsibilities throughout the event, including unlocking doors and gates, managing lighting and thermostats, maintaining restrooms, assisting vendors, and helping ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

What’s included with Portrait Session rentals?
Portrait session rentals include interior access to the venue of your choice, along with full use of the surrounding gardens for photography. Clients also receive access to a private getting-ready suite, offering a comfortable space to change before and after the session.
Portrait sessions are available for booking within three months of the desired session date.
