Not only should you fall in love with the venue, but you should also picture it as a space where your guests will feel comfortable, have fun and make lasting memories. As important as it is for your guests to have a wonderful experience, it is equally important that you and your wedding parties do as well. Having enough space for both wedding parties to get ready and relax or lounge is always ideal.

The Cedar Room, with a rich leather aroma, is stately yet unassuming. It is the perfect wedding-day space for sitting down or suiting up, and it is equipped with cable television. With an en suite bathroom and plenty of seating, the Cedar Room was designed and decorated for comfort and to enjoy the atmosphere. Just outside the Cedar Room is a balcony nestled in the trees, offering wonderful views of the Governor’s Mansion, Governor's Green and the fountain.

Down the spacious hallway, the Camellia Room awaits. A lush backdrop for gorgeous photos, the Camellia Room was updated by interior decorator Ann Temple. Ann brought the space to life with refreshing new decor and luxurious fabrics. The Camellia Room comprises four distinct spaces: a front parlor, a dressing room with a lighted mirror, a changing space with an en suite bathroom and a private balcony. Perfect for a small or large wedding party to get ready, relax and create special memories.

Walk out of the Camellia or Cedar Room on the top floor of the Lace House, then descend the magnificent double staircase to enjoy your memorable celebration!
